WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE VOUCHER CODE?
After the free get-to-know class and when both, teacher and student have decided that they would like to start this journey together, then the student can book a voucher code that allows to schedule five classes online. The bundle 5 is a prepaid package for 5 classes.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE 5 CLASSES?
The bundle 5 is a package of five classes and you have 8 weeks to complete them. After your voucher has expired you may choose to discontinue or to book a new bundle.
WHEN CAN I BOOK AND CANCEL?
You may cancel your class with a 10 day notice and may schedule a new one with 6 day notice. Please pay attention that your voucher hasn’t expired so that you are not going to lose any classes. Refunds aren’t possible.
ONLINE SCHEDULING WITH SMARTPLANNER (SPL)
If you booked a lesson bundle, you can book your classes online using the smart planner assistant. It shows:
- Available time slots for lessons, and allows you to (re)schedule your lessons 24/7 from any laptop, tablet, or smart phone.
- For every confirmed lesson and up-on changes, you will automatically get an e-mail (incl. a calendar invitation), as well as a reminder e-mail.
